TED TALK
What happens to your brain when you pay attention?
What happens to our brains when we pay attention. Well in this Ted talk by Mendi Ordikhani. He talks about how neuroscientist have been trying to figure out brain waves that will help people with disabilities to communicate. To also understand the difference between covert and overt attention and how it reacts with the brain waves that can create communication. I think this is a great idea to track brain waves to help people with disabilities. It is very interesting topic I wish the Ted talk was longer and wish he expanded more on the subject.
This Ted talk relates to the article of the American dream is alive and well the author states "it is also determined by other factors upbringing luck and our own personal choices." This Ted talk, talks about how learning brain waves can help people with disabilities which corresponds to the quote because you can't control the way you are brought up.
I enjoyed this Ted talk because it talks about providing a way for people with disabilities to be able to control them or help people who can't communicate, communicate.
